Vanessa Bateson is the Global Head Leadership Development and Culture Change at HSBC Bank Plc. She joined HSBC as a graduate trainee and has held a number of international commercial positions within the Global Banking and Markets business. Vanessa specialises in designing and developing experiential learning and cultural change programmes. She is a creative learning designer and facilitator with expertise in designing and hosting co-creation initiatives that promote experiential learning, cross cultural awareness, innovation, leadership development, employee engagement, ethics, change management and diversity. Vanessa also has expertise in Organisational Development (OD) where she led the OD function for HSBC in Latin America.
